This is baked cheese cake.
I thought making cakes is difficult....BUT it isnt!! I used rice cooker to make this.
It's easy!!

Baked Cheese Cake

put cream cheese (200g) into a bowl

and knead it until it becomes soft.

then, put sugar(80g)

dissolve 2 eggs and put it into the bowl gradually. (with mixing them)

and, put weak flour (27g; 3tablespoon)

and put fresh cream (200cc) into the bowl

(if you have lemon, extract juice from lemon and put some of them into it)

melt butter(20g) and put it into the bowl and mix them

Then, put them into a bowl of rice cooker

and push start button of the rice cooker

To bake cheese cake, it will take some hours. so you have to check the rice cooker sometimes.

Sumashi-ziru

Sumashi-soup

Miso-soup is Japanese soup, but Sumashi-ziru(Sumashi-soup) is also Japanese-soup.
and its easy, if you have Ajinomoto.

Put water (500ml for 2) into a pot

and boit it

after that, put some soysauce and put a bit Ajinomoto

check the taste of soup, if it is good, put ingredients (this time I put leek and mashrooms)

then finish!!
