Kidney beans are healthy!! the other day, My share-mate's family sent many kinds of vegetables to her, so now there are many vegetables in our refrigerator, especially kidney beans...haha. So we will eat much kidney beans from now for a while. But i like kidney beans!
Kidney Beans Soup
1, wash vegetables (kidney beans, spinach)
2, and cut onion, spinach (maybe you can add more vegetables in this miso-soup)
3, fly onion a little bit
4, and then, put water to a pot (500 cc)
5, boil water, and put kidney beans and spinach to it
6, dissolve some miso in hot water
7, and boil and add seasoning
8, Finish :-))

- cut Bacons and Kidney Beans
- Roll up Kidney Beans with Bacon
- and season them with salt and pepper
- and fly them
- Finish :-)))

Tomato soup, Chinese style soup, and today Vegitable soup!I used only vegitables (carrotts, Cabbages, Spinach, and onion)Its very very healthy, isnt it? and its delicious. Vegetable-Soup- cut vegitables carrots, cabbages, spinach, and onions
- then, fly these vegetables, in this order; onion, carrots, cabbages
- and put water to it (500cc, for 2)
- and boil them
- put stock cube of consomme to them
- and boil
- add spinach
- boil for a while
- Finish!!!
Niku-jaga

Niku-jaga
Niku-jaga is traditional japenese dish? I think so. When i become someone's wife, I want to cook Niku-jaga well. haha. Niku-jaga is Ohukuro-no-Aji for Japanese?? Ohukuro-no-Aji means "taste like what my mother used to make". so for Japanese women, it's better to be able to cook Niku-jaga well (?)
Niku-jaga (for 2-3 people)
1, peel potats (3 potates)
2, and cut potatos, onion, beef (about 200g)
3, mix 3 tablespoon of sugar, 3 tablespoon of Sake, 2 tablespoon of Japanese Sweet rice Wine, and 3 tablespoon of Soy sauce. and mix them well
4, fly Onion, and then put beef to it
5, And then add potates, fly potatos quickly
6, Then, put water (some) and boil it
7, get rid of scum.
8, when potatos become soft, lets add the sauce we made at 3!
9, cook it over a low flame!
10, stop boiling, and leave it for a while (to make taste better)
11, finish :-)))
Soup in the Chinese style
Soup is good for vegitables. So sometimes I cook soup. and its easy to cook.
Chinese style Soup!
1, cut onion, bacon, bean sprout, Chive
2, fly them, first onion, bacon, bean sprout, and Chive
3, add water about 500cc and boil it
4, then just season it with chinese seasoning
Pilaf
Before, I introduced how to cook TOMATO pilaf, but i didnt show how to cool Pilaf. its almost the same how to cook Tomato pilaf or just pilaf. Its also easy to cook. every time, i only show you easy meals!! I am lazy person :(
Pilaf
1, cut bacon, onion, spinach (if you want, I think its good idea to add more ingredients)
2, fly them! first onion, then bacon
3, season it with salt and pepper strongly
4, when you boil the rice in a rice-cooker, add those flied ingredients and put stock cube of consomme
5, then, turn on the rice-cooker
6, Its easy!!

Today, my shere-mate cooked Tomato soup! I like any suop. So, this week, I would like to show as many pictures of soup as possible. SO, first, Tomato soup!!!!soup is easy to cook, and delicious, AND we can eat vegetables so much.Tomato soup- cut potatos, carrots, onions, and Enoki Mushrooms, and bacons
- fly these vegetables, first, onion, carrots, bacons, and mushrooms
- and put cutted tomatos (1 or 2 tomatos) and fly them
- when those ingredients are flied well, add water (500 ml, for 2 )
- and stew
- and put stock cubes of consomme
- Then stew again
